    Read the bidder's ICV certificate and take the certificate number, the issuing body and the expiry date.

  2. 02

    If the certificate expires before the evaluation date, stop and record it as invalid.

  3. 03

    Take the local spend and the total spend from the certificate and calculate the ICV as local spend divided by total spend.

  4. 04

    If the calculated ICV does not match the declared ICV on the certificate, use the calculated figure and note the difference.

  5. 05

    If the declared ICV is not plausible, pause the case and ask the reviewer for guidance.

  6. 06

    Compare the ICV against the approved minimum of 40 percent and decide whether the bidder qualifies.

    Notify the bidder of the outcome once, and write the decision into the evaluation record.

    Navigate to Drafts

    Every automation starts as a draft so you can build and test safely. Click Drafts in the left menu — a prompt waits for your instructions.

    Describe your task

    Write what you want to automate in plain English — as detailed or high-level as you like. You can also upload an SOP or process document with the + button.

    Refine in conversation

    Kognitos chats with you to understand the process: where documents live, what formats, which thresholds — gathering everything needed to build it correctly.

    Review the steps

    Kognitos generates the automation steps in readable English. Review the workflow, edit it, or keep chatting to adjust it.

    Author the procedure

    Paste and refine the approved steps; the written instructions are what Kognitos executes.

    Publish a controlled version

    Publish the reviewed procedure so runs and monitoring use a stable version.

    Add inputs and run
